How can I report a lost/stolen card?

Call Kennebec Savings Bank at (207) 622-5801.

How can I set or reset my debit card's Personal Identification Number (PIN)?

Call 1-800-992-3808 for our automated hotline to set up your card's first PIN, or reset it as needed.

What does it cost to replace my ATM or debit card?

Replacement Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or debit cards cost $5.00.

Which ATMs can I use my card at without being charged a fee?

Your ATM or debit card may use any Kennebec Savings Bank ATM surcharge-free. Additionally, as part of the Allpoint ATM network, you have access to more than 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs around the world. Click here to view Allpoint’s directory of ATMs.

Can I use my card outside of the United States?

Yes, with some exceptions or restrictions depending on where you are going. Please see our Travel article for more information.

My card was just captured at an ATM. What happened?

There are three likely scenarios:

  1. Your card has expired. In this case, you probably have a new card awaiting activation for you to use. If you do not, let us know and we will order you a new card.

  2. Your card was (irredeemably) coded as lost or stolen. Whether this was in error or not, we do not have the capability to reverse a card that has been given a status of lost or stolen. We would be happy to order you a new card.

  3. You’ve used an incorrect PIN. Contact us, and if your card was captured at a KSB ATM, we may be able to retrieve the card for pickup at a branch on a future date as well as assist you with updating your PIN.

What is my ATM daily cash withdrawal limit?

ATM and Consumer Debit Cards have an ATM daily cash withdrawal limit of $500.00. Withdrawals are not allowed for HSA Debit Cards.

What is my Point-of-Sale (POS) daily limit?

Cards may be used for 25 transactions daily. Consumer and HSA Debit Cards have a POS daily limit of $2,500.00.
