OFFICIAL RULES – YETI COOLER SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES

The YETI Cooler Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Kennebec Savings Bank (“Sponsor”), PO Box 50, Augusta, ME 04332. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on January 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on June 30, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Maine who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling), and persons residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or account opening will not increase your chances of winning. Eligible individuals may enter in one of two ways: (1) by completing the customer experience survey provided by Sponsor during the Entry Period; or (2) by mailing a legibly handwritten postcard including entrant’s full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number to: Kennebec Savings Bank, Survey Sweepstakes, PO Box 50, Augusta, ME 04332. Limit one entry per person.  All entries must be received by Sponsor within the Entry Period.

Prize: One prize will be awarded consisting of a YETI cooler with an approximate retail value of $299.99 (“Prize”). Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. YETI is a registered trademark of YETI Coolers, LLC.  This giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with YETI.

Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur within 14 days following the close of the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone or email using the contact information provided at entry.

Winner Verification and Claiming Prize: The winner must claim Prize no later than September 30, 2026. The winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to claim Prize. Failure to meet eligibility requirements or to claim Prize by the date specified will result in forfeiture, and no alternate winner will be selected. Winner must pick up Prize at a Kennebec Savings Bank branch location. The Sponsor will not ship or deliver Prize to the winner. Sponsor may allow an alternate pickup person with advance notice from winner.  

 

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Miscellaneous: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules. If, for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes is not able to be run as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes.  Entrant information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Winner List: The name of the winner will be available upon written request to Sponsor at the address above for 30 days following the drawing.
